About Rebecca

Rebecca's litigation practice concentrates on commercial disputes and estate litigation, covering contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and land use disputes. She has appeared before all levels of court in Nova Scotia and other provincial courts, and has co-chaired the Atlantic Trial Advocacy College for the past two years while lecturing part-time at the Schulich School of Law. Rebecca earned her LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 2003 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2004. Benchmark Litigation Canada has listed her as a Litigation Star for estate litigation, and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory has recommended her for estate and personal tax planning law. She chairs the Board of Governors for the Sacred Heart School of Halifax and previously served as chair and president of the Neptune Theatre Foundation.
