About Abigail
Abigail Lander is an Associate in Cox & Palmer's Fredericton office, maintaining a general litigation practice that includes health law, insurance law, and family law. She has a talent for effective communication that helps her both work with and advocate for clients. She attended law school at the University of New Brunswick, where she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and, in her final year, placed first in the Canadian National Negotiation Competition, earning a spot in the 2024 International Negotiation Competition in Brazil. She articled at Cox & Palmer and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2025, having earlier earned a degree in Environmental Science from Mount Allison University in 2016.
