About Nancy
Nancy Birt, K.C. is Counsel in Cox & Palmer's Charlottetown office, which she joined in July 2023. She was a founding partner of Birt & McNeill, where she ran a general practice firm for 30 years, and now practices in real estate, wills and estate planning, and corporate commercial transactions. Nancy was named King's Counsel in 2014 and received the Canadian Bar Association's Distinguished Service Award in 2015. She is a past president of both the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian Bar Association's PEI branch.
