About Rebecca

Rebecca is an associate practising in Corporate Law, Estate Planning and Trusts, focused on the formation, purchase and sale of businesses, governance agreements such as shareholders' agreements, and estate planning especially for business-owning individuals and families. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University in 2016 and a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops in 2021, where she earned top marks in securities and corporate governance and served as an editor of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law. She articled with Pushor Mitchell and was called to the bar in 2022. She serves on the boards of Kelowna Women in Business and the Project Literacy Central Okanagan Society.
