Administrative & Regulatory LawBryan practises in personal injury, criminal defence, and Canadian and U.S. immigration law, and is licensed in British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State. In his personal injury work he acts exclusively for plaintiffs, handling complex claims involving WorkSafeBC, out-of-province insurers and ICBC under legislation such as the Strata Property Act and the Occupiers Liability Act. In criminal matters he represents clients on charges ranging from white collar offences to impaired driving, having completed the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner Course, and he has conducted judge-alone and jury trials in both British Columbia and Washington State. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with distinction from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in Oregon, was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2008, became a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in 2012, and was called to the Bar in Alberta in 2025. He currently serves as President of the Greater Westside Board of Trade and sits on the Board of Directors for the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C.
