About Andrea
Andrea is a business lawyer who guides clients through complex commercial transactions and real estate projects, with a particular focus on drafting clear, practical contracts. She has served as in-house counsel for a private corporation and a public body, giving her insight into her clients' perspectives, and she frequently advises First Nations and organizations doing business with them on regulatory issues in economic and real estate development.
