About Andrea

Andrea is a business lawyer who guides clients through complex commercial transactions and real estate projects, with a particular focus on drafting clear, practical contracts. She has served as in-house counsel for a private corporation and a public body, giving her insight into her clients' perspectives, and she frequently advises First Nations and organizations doing business with them on regulatory issues in economic and real estate development. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia, where she received the Prize in Conflicts Law, then worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the BC Supreme Court before becoming a lawyer in 2004. She belongs to the Kelowna Bar Association, the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and the Urban Development Institute, and has served as a director of the Greater Westside Board of Trade.
