About Roy
Roy's practice focuses on estate planning and wealth preservation, incapacity planning, real estate law, corporate and business law, and tax law, helping clients plan for disability, death and business succession. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1983 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1984. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Kelowna Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. In the community he provides pro bono legal assistance to Habitat for Humanity and other non-profits, is an active member of the Rotary Club of Kelowna, and serves as a director of Launch Kelowna, a financial literacy organization.
