About Andrew
Andrew advises business owners, managers and individuals on business law, franchise law and real estate law matters, including the purchase, sale and refinancing of residential and commercial real estate, commercial lending, and the negotiation of commercial contracts. He began his career conducting private and public equity financing in the mining and technology sectors with a national law firm in Toronto after being called to the Bar in Ontario in 2006, and moved west to be called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2008, remaining qualified to practise in both provinces. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University. He has served as a past director and president of the Downtown Kelowna Association, a past director of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and United Way, and as a guest lecturer at UBC Okanagan's engineering program.
