About Bradley
Brad's practice focuses on real estate development and business law, counselling developers, builders and investors from acquisition through project completion on some of the Okanagan's largest projects, including multi-family complexes and strata lot developments. He deals with municipalities on subdivision and zoning matters and negotiates security terms, and advises businesses ranging from small owner-operated companies to large private corporations on incorporation, reorganization and financing. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia, and has lived in Kelowna for more than 20 years. He currently serves as a director of the Urban Development Institute's Okanagan Chapter and is a past president of both the Kelowna Jaycees and the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.
