About Raymond
Raymond F. Larkin, K.C., has retired from full-time practice and now restricts his work to matters of professional regulation. He received his Queen's Counsel designation in 1993 and served as President of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society from 2002 to 2003, participating in many of the Society's regulatory committees and representing the Society in litigation before Nova Scotia courts. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1976.
