Class ActionsCatherine is a bilingual litigation lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on insurance law. She has experience resolving casualty, property, commercial, subrogated and abuse claims, and represents clients in class actions, commercial litigation, expropriation and regulatory matters. She regularly advises professional regulators on policy, registration and professional conduct issues, and leads McInnes Cooper's New Brunswick Litigation Team. Catherine has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, as well as the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island. She earned her LL.B. and M.A. from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. from St. Francis Xavier University, and is a member of the Association des juristes d'expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Moncton Area Lawyers Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
