About Rachelle
Rachelle Moncur was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and spent more than two decades practising insolvency and restructuring law before shifting her focus to family law. She has litigated matters before courts at every level in Ontario, Alberta and Quebec, and has argued before the Supreme Court of Canada. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws and an MBA from the University of Windsor, along with a Certificate in Family Law Skills and Practice from Osgoode Professional Development. Having gone through her own separation and divorce, she brings personal understanding to her family law clients. She also serves as a Deputy Judge with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Division.
