Rachelle Moncur
Rachelle was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and practised insolvency and restructuring law for over two decades before moving to family law. She holds a B.Comm., LL.B., and MBA from the University of Windsor, plus a Certificate in Family Law Skills and Practice from Osgoode Professional Development. She's also a Deputy Judge with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Division.
