About Rabjeet

Rabjeet (RJ) Wallia is a litigator representing individuals and businesses on commercial matters, drawing on experience in in-house roles with major insurance companies as well as private practice. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012 with a focus on Litigation and Dispute Resolution, receiving the Dean's Gold Key Award, and articled with a litigation boutique in Toronto before working in-house for one of Canada's largest home and automotive insurers. He returned to BC in 2015 and was called to the BC bar that year, and to the Ontario bar (now inactive) in 2013. He chairs the Capilano University Board of Governors and the CBA National Civil Litigation Committee.
