Krista Siedlak works closely with employer clients as a strategic partner on the intersection of legal obligations and business realities, distilling complex workplace issues into actionable guidance. Siedlak's practice spans employment and human resources law, from large-scale restructuring to day-to-day workforce management, with a strong advocacy role when litigation occurs. Siedlak leads a training practice focused on preventing conflict and strengthening workplace culture, and has extensive experience in workplace investigations and audits, including harassment, code of conduct violations, and fraud. Siedlak has developed a post-investigation practice supporting organizations in rebuilding after difficult processes and serves on the faculty for Osgoode Hall's Professional Development certificate courses for HR professionals. Siedlak was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2002.
