Gulwinder Dale obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in 2012 and a Juris Doctor from Bond University in 2014. He articled starting in 2015 with a firm that primarily practised family law and was called to the bar in British Columbia in January 2016, joining Grandview Law Group LLP as an associate the same month. He practices primarily in family law, handling divorce, separation, parenting time and guardianship, spousal and child support, and complex financial and property disputes, including several high net worth cases, and often meets clients outside regular business hours to accommodate their schedules.
