About Brittany
Brittany Rossler is a partner at Thorsteinssons LLP whose practice centers on tax litigation and dispute resolution. She has represented clients in appeals before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and various provincial courts, and regularly guides clients through CRA audits, objections, voluntary disclosures, and taxpayer relief applications. Her work spans income tax and indirect tax disputes, along with tax planning and legal opinions. Before joining Thorsteinssons she worked at the law firm affiliate of a major accounting firm and clerked for judges of the Tax Court of Canada. Brittany earned her JD from the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2020.
