Bankruptcy & InsolvencyScott is a partner in the firm's Saint John office, with a practice focused on banking litigation, asset recovery, and commercial real estate. He represents financial institutions and secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, creditors' rights disputes, and asset recovery, and appears regularly before the Court of King's Bench. Before entering law, Scott worked as a professional engineer and remains a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of New Brunswick. He earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 2004 and a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the University of New Brunswick in 1996, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2005. Scott is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick and previously served on the New Brunswick Assessment and Planning Appeal Board.
