About David

David's practice focuses on transactional and insolvency matters, including banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, loan enforcement and restructuring. He has assisted lenders and borrowers with secured lending transactions such as renewable energy financings and cross-border credit facilities, and has acted for creditors and debtors in CCAA, bankruptcy and receivership proceedings. David chairs the Canadian Bar Association Nova Scotia Branch's Insolvency Law Section. He holds a JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law.
