About Pinta
Pinta is a trial lawyer practising primarily in complex medical negligence, including birth injuries, surgical errors, delayed diagnoses, and hospital negligence. She previously acted as defence counsel for physicians, which gives her a dual perspective when advocating for injured patients. She earned her JD from York University in 2005 and serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
