About David
David Lackman is Senior Counsel at Gluckstein Lawyers, with a litigation practice spanning more than 40 years. He graduated with Honours from McGill University in 1978 and earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, after which he was admitted to practise in California in 1982. He was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 1985 and has since focused on serious and complex personal injury, disability, and wrongful death claims, including cases against major corporations such as railways. David has received the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's Distinguished Service Award and Dean Edgell Award, is rated Distinguished by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in Canada since 2017.
