About Danielle

Danielle Volpatti joined Dolden Wallace Folick LLP as an associate after completing her articles at the firm. Her practice covers personal injury, defamation, property damage, and commercial host liability, and she has appeared before the BC Supreme Court and BC Provincial Court. Danielle earned her Juris Doctor at Thompson Rivers University, where she won the Dean's Course Prize in Insurance Law and made the Dean's List, and she competed as an oralist in the 2021 Wilson Moot. She also served as a student editor for the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
