About Emma

Emma Partridge is an associate at Gluckstein Lawyers whose practice is focused on sexual abuse claims, including childhood and historic abuse cases. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of British Columbia in 2017 and worked in communications and marketing within the women's sector before attending Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 2023 and being called to the bar in June 2024. During law school she volunteered as a student caseworker with the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, Parkdale Community Legal Services, and Fair Change Community Legal Services. Before joining Gluckstein in 2025, she articled at the Barbra Schlifer Clinic, which serves survivors of gender-based violence exclusively, working on family and immigration matters involving abuse. That background in supporting survivors informs a trauma-informed, client-centred approach to the complex cases she now handles.
