About Brian

Brian Cohen is a partner and co-leader of Gowling WLG's National Private Client Services Group, based in Toronto. He assists high net worth individuals with estate planning, trusts and personal taxation matters, and advises charitable organizations and not-for-profit entities on the tax implications of formation and planned giving. He is a past recipient of the Ontario Bar Association's Hoffstein Book Prize in Trusts and Estates and is listed as counsel in Chambers Canada and Best Lawyers in Canada.
