About Scott
Scott Farquhar practices estate administration and wills, estate planning, real estate transactions, and personal injury law, as well as incapacity and committeeship matters and employment and labour law. He has conducted numerous trials in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. He earned his law degree from the University of Alberta in 1996 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1997. He is a past chair of the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC's board and a former president of the Victoria Bar Association, and he currently serves as a Director of Pearlman Lindholm. He grew up in Victoria and has been active in the community, including as past secretary of the Lower Island Soccer Association's board and a former president of the Oak Bay Tennis Club.
