About Paul

Paul G. Morgan has practised law in Victoria, British Columbia since 2013, with extensive experience in secured transactions, real estate and property development, lending transactions for both borrowers and lenders, wills and estates, estate administration, corporate transactions, commercial transactions and leasing, and builders' liens. He also has considerable civil litigation experience in the courts of British Columbia. He holds an LLB from Canterbury Christ Church University and a BA in Economics from the University of Victoria.
