About Jenny
Jenny Reed is an Associate at Reed Pope, practising in the firm's Business Law Group with a focus on corporate and commercial matters, including formation and maintenance of corporate entities, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and equity and debt financings. She also oversees the firm's corporate records department. Before joining Reed Pope, she worked in Toronto and Vancouver for one of Canada's leading business law firms, specializing in corporate finance across the energy, mining, manufacturing, and private-equity sectors. A Victoria native, she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007 and the British Columbia Bar in 2012, and holds an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School (2006) and a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto (2003).
