About Sean
Sean Birch is an associate at Lofranco Corriero who joined the firm back in 2016 as a junior legal assistant. He studied at Bond University, graduating with Honours in 2021, and took part in the school's moot court program along with the negotiation skills finals. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Working closely with the firm's trial counsel, he has handled arbitration proceedings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and hearings at the Licence Appeal Tribunal, along with complex jury trials and estate applications in Superior Court, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. He articled at the firm under that same counsel before returning as an associate. His practice centers on motor vehicle, cycling, and pedestrian accident claims, along with slip and fall and catastrophic injury matters.
