About Mark

Mark T. Berry earned his undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University in 1999 and his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2002. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May 2003 and has since worked in private practice, with trial experience as both a criminal defence lawyer and a federal prosecutor. He has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the BC Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Canada, and has served as a guest instructor at RCMP search warrant courses, a clinic supervisor with the UBC Law Students' Legal Advice Program, and a moot judge at the UBC law school. His practice today is primarily focused on ICBC personal injury claims.
