About Jack

Jack Palmer is an Associate at Reed Pope, practising in the firm's Business Law Group, focusing on corporate and commercial matters such as formation and maintenance of corporate entities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Before joining Reed Pope, he worked in Vancouver for one of Canada's leading business law firms on public and private M&A and capital markets. Before returning to school for his law degree, he played in the Western Hockey League for the Brandon Wheat Kings and the Victoria Royals. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022 and holds a JD (2021) and a BA in Commerce (2018), both from the University of Victoria.
