About Brandon
Brandon Deans is a member of Reed Pope's Business Law Group, advising businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors on company formation, start-up matters, venture capital, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance. He has particular expertise advising start-ups and emerging growth companies, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as 'One to Watch' for five consecutive years, most recently in Mergers and Acquisitions Law, Securities Law, and Technology Law. Before joining Reed Pope, he was a senior associate in the Emerging Technology and Venture Capital Group at the Vancouver office of a national law firm. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018 and holds a JD with a Business Law Concentration (2017) and a BA (2014), both from the University of British Columbia.
