About Paul

Paul DeFrancesca practises in Wildeboer Dellelce's Real Estate group, serving institutional and private lenders, developers, builders, investors and property owners on commercial and residential real estate and mortgage matters. Before joining the firm, he founded De Francesca Law in 2004 and also worked in the planning departments of the Town of Markham and City of Toronto, giving him added expertise in land development and urban planning. He co-authored Annotated Land Development Agreements, an annually updated reference in the field. Paul holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000.
