About Brittany
Brittany Sud is counsel in Torkin Manes' Private Client Services Group, where her practice covers estates, trusts, and related tax matters. She works with entrepreneurs, professionals, and high net worth clients on probate planning, tax deferral strategies, disability planning, and charitable giving, and she advises estate trustees on their fiduciary duties while preparing probate applications. Brittany is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner through the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds a Certificate in Elder Law from Osgoode Professional Development. She presents regularly at conferences for organizations including STEP, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Canadian Bar Association. She earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015.
