About Paolo

Paolo Aquila practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on commercial financing, banking, secured lender transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Paolo's practice also has a strong focus on the purchase and sale of real estate in both the commercial and residential sectors. Paolo earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Winnipeg in 2015, and was called to the bar on June 15, 2020. Paolo serves as a board member for Curl Manitoba and Habitat for Humanity, is a director of the St. John's Ravenscourt Alumni Association, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Manitoba Bar Association.
