About Niall
Niall Nazarko practices corporate and commercial law, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, financing transactions, corporate governance, and various contractual arrangements. He provides advice to businesses of all sizes, non-profit organizations, individuals, and families. His commercial leasing practice involves working with landlords, tenants, and property managers on lease agreements in the retail, industrial, and office sectors. Niall earned his law degree from Robson Hall at the University of Manitoba in 2013 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2014. He previously earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba's I. H. Asper School of Business in 2009. He has served on Pitblado's United Way Committee and previously sat on the board of Variety, the Children's Charity of Manitoba.
