About Jonathan

Jonathan L. Goldenberg is a partner at D'Arcy + Deacon LLP, which he joined as an articling student in 1997 before being called to the Manitoba Bar in 1998. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Manitoba in 1994 and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on commercial transactions, corporate finance, tax, real estate, and wills and estates. He has served as a sessional instructor at the University of Manitoba teaching solicitors' transactions and commercial law courses, and has presented continuing education seminars for the Law Society of Manitoba. He has also volunteered as a director of the Cerebral Palsy Association of Manitoba and Winnserv Inc.
