About Joe

Joe Wilder, Q.C., co-founded Wilder Wilder and Langtry in 1967 with his brother Samuel, practicing until the firm merged into PKF Lawyers in January 2020. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts and, in 1960, a Bachelor of Laws with honours each year. After beginning as a litigator, he shifted for the last 25 years of his career mainly to business, corporate, and commercial work, real estate, and estates. He was named Queen's Counsel in 1983 and is widely known in Winnipeg for serving as president of the Winnipeg Blue Bomber Football Club from 1981 to 1983 and later as president of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet.
