About Olivia

Olivia Mason is an associate at Pressé Mason practicing primarily in civil litigation. She began at the firm as a summer student and articled clerk before being called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2025. She represents clients who have been wrongfully terminated, survivors of harassment and assault, and people pursuing personal injury claims, and also practices in wills and estate planning and criminal defence. She received her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where she served as manager of the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Society, and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. In 2012 she received the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition of her volunteer work with the IWK and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
