About Matthew

Matthew J.D. Moir is a partner at Weldon McInnis who was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2002 and has practised with the firm since. He represents clients in real estate transactions, insolvency matters, and corporate and commercial transactions, and appears in commercial, creditor-and-debtor, insolvency, and real property litigation. Matthew has held numerous volunteer roles with the Canadian Bar Association at both the provincial and national levels and with the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, including chairing its Real Property Practice Standards Committee. He currently sits on the Supreme Court Liaison Committee.
