About Anna

Anna Giddy is an associate at Weldon McInnis practising civil litigation, criminal law, and wills and estates. Before pursuing law, she spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, studying plant science at Dalhousie Agricultural College and later oenology at Niagara College, and working as a winemaker in Canada and New Zealand. Anna earned her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law in 2023, working as a research manager on food and agricultural policy projects and volunteering with the Elizabeth Fry Society during law school. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2024.
