About Tyler

Tyler White is a civil litigator with a broad practice focused on estate litigation and insurance defence, and has appeared before all levels of court in Nova Scotia as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. His work includes applications under the Adult Capacity and Decision-Making Act, contested estate proceedings challenging or defending the validity of wills, and claims under the Testators' Family Maintenance Act. He also handles commercial litigation arising from lease and construction contract disputes, and medical malpractice and professional negligence matters. White earned his JD from the University of New Brunswick in 2023 and a BA in Political Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2020.
