About Oliver

Oliver works as a lawyer and workplace investigator at Williams HR Law, covering management-side labour, employment, and human rights law. He advises unionized and non-union employers on employment agreements and policies, accommodation and disability management, terminations, occupational health and safety, wrongful and constructive dismissal litigation, collective bargaining, and workplace investigations. His clients span sectors including non-profit, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, information technology, and hospitality. Oliver graduated from the Western University Faculty of Law, where he co-chaired the East Asian Law Students Society and served on the Western Law Equality Team. Before law school he earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business.
