About Aleksandra

Aleksandra Pressey is a partner at Williams HR Law practising in all areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. She advises and represents employers on employment agreements, employment standards, wrongful dismissal litigation, discipline and termination, human rights and accommodation, disability management, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and workplace investigations. Aleksandra also conducts workplace investigations and culture reviews as a third-party investigator for organizations in sectors ranging from not-for-profit and education to financial services and municipal government. She has presented on topics such as respect in the workplace and termination clauses, and has written on workplace investigations and harassment. She co-facilitates Williams HR Law's Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations course as well as the HRPA's Labour Relations Certificate Program. Aleksandra holds a JD from the University of Ottawa, an MA from Carleton University's Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, and a BHum from Carleton University.
