About Daniel
Daniel Condon is the firm's managing partner, specializing in employment and labour law, shareholder disputes and related commercial litigation. He represents unionized and non-unionized employers on matters ranging from human rights and occupational health and safety to privacy compliance and fiduciary or shareholder disputes, appearing at hearings, motions, trials and injunctions before all levels of court as well as administrative tribunals, arbitrations and mediations. His day-to-day work includes advising on employee discipline, drafting employment agreements and termination packages, negotiating collective agreements, and conducting workplace investigations and training seminars. Dan was previously an adjunct professor of labour and employment law at George Brown College for three years and is active with the Canadian Bar Association's Labour, Civil Litigation, and Construction Law sections. He holds a BA and MA from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the bar in 1997.
