About Nicolas

Nicolas Bernal advises clients on commercial real estate matters including property development, commercial leasing, purchases and sales, and the sale and leasing of phased and mixed-use residential developments. Prior to joining Davie Fane as an associate, he summered and articled at a leading international law firm in Vancouver. He obtained his law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law, UBC, in 2023 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
