About David

David A. Goldberg was born in Richmond and raised in Vancouver, and received his law degree from the University of Manchester. He has had a wide variety of exposure to civil litigation, including class actions, and for a number of years represented large insurance companies before joining Taylor & Blair LLP. David's practice now includes advising both employees and employers on workplace legal challenges, and he has appeared before all levels of the British Columbia court system, with significant experience in mediation and negotiation.
