About Caroline
Caroline Lee assists senior lawyers and advises clients on a variety of real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing, leasing, development and sale of commercial, industrial and residential properties. Before joining Davie Fane, she practised as a commercial real estate associate at a large international firm and as legal counsel to a regulatory body. She holds a J.D. (University of Victoria, 2015) and a BA (Simon Fraser University, 2010), was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2016, and is recognized as an Ones to Watch lawyer for real estate in Best Lawyers in Canada.
