About Chanel

Chanel Pabla's practice covers commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, property development and commercial leasing, with experience representing both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations. She summered and articled at a regional Vancouver firm before joining the in-house counsel team at a national corporation, maintaining a business law and commercial leasing practice. Her interest in real estate predates her legal career, having played an active role in her family's property development company. She holds a J.D. (Thompson Rivers University, 2022) and a BA (University of British Columbia, 2018), and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023.
