About John
John Sampson has advised on real estate transactions since Expo 86, working with developers, private and family-run real estate companies, and institutional investors. Over a 20-year period he was instrumental in building the real estate practice at Bull, Housser & Tupper (now Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP). His recent work includes acting for the PCI Group on its Crossroads, Exchange and Marine Gateway developments, and for Grosvenor Canada Limited on a West Vancouver waterfront assembly. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (UBC, 1985) and a Bachelor of Commerce (UBC, 1982), and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 1986. He is recommended in Property Development and Property Leasing in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and ranked in Chambers Canada and Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate and commercial leasing law.
