About Herman

Herman Li advises on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, sale and financing of industrial, office, retail and mixed-use properties, and acts for both landlords and tenants in leasing negotiations. He began his career with the commercial real estate group of an international law firm's Vancouver office, then joined the in-house legal team at Vancouver Airport Authority in 2019, advising on land redevelopment, leasing and regulatory compliance. He returned to private practice in 2021, joining Davie Fane. He holds a J.D. (UBC, 2013) and a BA.Sc. (UBC, 2010), was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 2014, and is ranked as Up and Coming in Real Estate by Chambers and Partners.
