About Alex

Alex Fane acts for developers, government bodies and non-profit organizations on rezoning, complicated mixed-use developments and master-planned communities across the Lower Mainland, and has extensive experience establishing limited partnerships and joint ventures for real property acquisition and development in BC. Before law, he worked in his family-owned business, which shaped his practical, client-focused approach. His recent work includes advising the project management team on the Vancouver Convention Centre expansion and various health authorities on property matters. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (UBC, 2007) and a Bachelor of Arts (McGill University, 2000), and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 2008. He is recommended in Property Development and Property Leasing in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
